| District and has served with New Orleans
Police Department |
| since February of 1978. He has worked
in various positions in |
| the Police Department to include the Urban
Squad, SOD |
| Tactical, the Vieux Carre District, Harrah's
Gaming Unit, the |
| Seventh District, SOD Traffic and the
Third District. Lt. Dean is |
| currently the President of the Fraternal
Order Police - Crescent |
| Lodge #2 and he also sits as the chairman
of the Municipal |
| Police Employees Retirement System. |
